Have something saved, not too much debt and a clean background
Have a tangible skillset (beyond your industry experience) that helps the business we're starting — maybe the business industry is foodservice, but you're also a great photographer
You don't need to work a full-time job elsewhere to support yourself while you build a business with us, or you have excellent time management skills and you know how to hustle
Don't need a full-time type salary from our company until you've helped create something — remember, your time is your primary investment
